We only collect what you send us. There is no account, no login and no profiling.
Contact and savings-calculator form. When you submit the form, we receive the fields you filled in: name, company, work email, which model you are interested in, number of sites, sector, and your message. The figures you type into the savings calculator itself stay in your browser and are never transmitted unless you choose to send the form.
Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free. It does not fingerprint you, does not track you across sites, and does not store your IP address. We see aggregate numbers such as page views, referring sites, country and page-load speed — never individuals.
This website sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
We use a small number of service providers. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Enquiries stay in our email so we can continue the conversation and honour any agreement that follows. We delete enquiries that do not lead anywhere within 24 months of our last contact, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. Formspree stores submissions for a limited period on its own systems. Website statistics are aggregated and are not linked to you.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also ask for your data in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee), or to the authority in your own country.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
