Who is responsible
Nuvlo OÜ ("Nuvlo", "we") is the controller of personal data collected through nuvlo.io. Nuvlo OÜ is registered in Estonia. Email is the fastest way to reach us: [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what you send us. There is no account, no login and no profiling.
Contact form. When you submit the form we receive the fields you filled in: name, company, work email, phone (optional), the use model you selected and your message. If you have used the calculator, its summary result is included so we can start the conversation with more context.
Calculator. The numbers you type into the calculator stay in your browser. They are not transmitted unless you choose to send the form.
Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free. It does not fingerprint you, does not track you across sites, and does not store your IP address. We see aggregate numbers such as page views, referring sites, country and page-load speed — never individuals.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Why we may process your data
- To answer you. When you submit the form you are asking us to get in touch, so we process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To understand how the site is used. We have a legitimate interest in knowing whether our website works and where visitors come from. Because the statistics are aggregated and cookie-free, this has minimal impact on your privacy.

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email so we can continue the conversation and honour any agreement that follows. We delete enquiries that do not lead anywhere within 24 months of our last contact, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. Formspree stores submissions for a limited period on its own systems. Website statistics are aggregated and are not linked to you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also ask for your data in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
