How does Nuvlo work?
Selected spare parts and consumables sit in a Nuvlo cabinet where they are actually needed.
A user gets access to the cabinet or section permitted to them, according to the configured use model.
The user opens the drawer with a PIN code and takes the item or set inside it as a whole. When the door closes, the system records the issue according to the agreed accounting rule.
Nuvlo software shows cabinets, locations, drawers and stock-related information.

Two views, two roles
The administrator sees the whole network and how stock moves. The technician sees on a phone what is in their cabinets.
Cabinet locations, system status, drawer occupancy, issues against target and the monthly success fee.
On a phone: search for a product across your cabinets, check stock levels and drawer states.
The technician view is read-only in the current version. Taking and returning are added in the pilot together with the hardware.
Where does Nuvlo create the most value?
Nuvlo creates the most value for products whose absence causes a disproportionate cost in time, logistics or downtime.

A suitable product typically has one or more of these characteristics:

Practical questions
Who owns the stock and who replenishes it?
In the own-company model the customer owns the goods; in the supplier model the supplier does. Stock is normally replenished by its owner. Nuvlo can provide replenishment as a separate service where agreed.
How is an issue recorded?
Each drawer holds one item or set that is issued as a whole. The user opens the drawer with a PIN code, and when the door closes the system records it as issued. The accounting is based on door events and the agreed working process; the physical removal of goods is not separately detected. If a user opens a drawer but does not take the goods, or finds the drawer empty, this must be reported. The reporting and stock-correction procedure is agreed before the pilot.
Is the cabinet accessible around the clock?
The solution is generally intended for around-the-clock access. Actual access hours depend on the conditions at the site — for example site security or opening hours. We confirm this during the site assessment.
What is required for installation?
Installation requirements — surface, power, connectivity and site access — are reviewed during the site assessment. The unit has solar panels on top.
What happens if something does not work?
In case of a fault you contact Nuvlo. Exact support terms and response expectations are agreed before the pilot.
What is agreed before the pilot?
The use location, suitable products, stock levels, who replenishes, how issues are followed, the pilot duration and the metrics used to assess the result.
